These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website, membership program, and services offered by FOREX Trade & Crypto Consulting ("FTCC," "we," "us," or "our"), a Tampa, Florida-based financial education and mentorship company. By accessing our website or enrolling in a membership, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Acceptance of Terms

By using our website, submitting a form, or purchasing a membership, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Eligibility

Our services are intended for individuals who are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract. By using our services, you represent that you meet these requirements.

Description of Services

FTCC provides financial education, mentorship, resource libraries, and community access designed to help members build foundational and advanced knowledge of investing, FOREX, and cryptocurrency concepts. We may also refer members to third-party funding partners; any such referral is provided as a convenience only, and FTCC is not responsible for the terms, decisions, or performance of any third-party funding provider.

Membership Plans and Billing

FTCC offers three membership tiers, billed monthly:

• Foundation — $29/month
• Growth — $79/month
• Accelerator — $149/month

Each tier is also available on an annual billing cycle at the equivalent of two months free compared to monthly billing. By purchasing a membership, you authorize FTCC to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) until you cancel. Memberships renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled beforehand.

Price Changes

We may change membership pricing from time to time. We will provide reasonable advance notice of any price change before it takes effect on your next billing cycle. Continued use of your membership after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new price.

Cancellation

You may cancel your membership at any time by submitting a request through our contact form. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will retain access to membership benefits through that date. We do not prorate or refund unused portions of a billing period upon cancellation, except as described in our Refund Policy.

Refunds

Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy, which includes a 14-day money-back guarantee on a member's first paid month of any tier.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use our website and services only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. You may not misuse our services to transmit harmful code, attempt unauthorized access to our systems, or interfere with other members' use of our services.

Intellectual Property

All course materials, videos, templates, mentorship content, and other materials provided through FTCC are the intellectual property of FTCC or its licensors and are provided for your personal, non-commercial use as a member. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, resell, or share course materials outside of your own personal use without our prior written consent.

Third-Party Links and Services

Our website and content may reference or link to third-party websites, tools, or funding partners. FTCC does not control and is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party service. Use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their own terms.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any educational content will result in any particular financial outcome.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FTCC and its owners, employees, and mentors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including financial losses, arising from your use of our services or reliance on any educational content.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FTCC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of our services.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles, and any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised Terms on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
